The Gala

The Gingerbread Jubilee Gala Dinner & Auction is one of the Rogue Valley's most unique benefit auctions and favorite holiday celebrations. This annual event brings us all together to raise funds to support programs and services at the Craterian Theater. We are excited to kick off the holiday season as we join together to preserve and promote the live performing arts in Southern Oregon!

Sip bubbly and savor delicious appetizers as you socialize with fellow Craterian supporters and explore the theater where more than 50 delightful and inspiring gingerbread creations are on display.

6:30 PM

Dinner on the Craterian Stage

 Join us on stage for spectacular performances, a thrilling auction, and a delightful multi-course dinner by renowned Chef James Daw.  An assortment of private parties, great getaways, extraordinary experiences, and marvelous merchandise, as well as priceless gingerbread creations will be up for bid. 

How to Attend

To purchase a table or seat please click on the "Gala Ticket & Tables" link to the left. Select the number of seats or tables you would like to reserve and click next. Here you will enter guest information. There will be a "Detailed Information" block for each of your guests. If you do not have guest information at this time please leave the guest fields blank. We will follow up to get your guest information as we get closer to the event. Each guest will be sent an RSVP link. Using the RSVP link, guests can register for the auction, make their meal selection, and preregister a credit card.

A Benefit for the Craterian Theater

The Craterian Theater's goals are to enhance the cultural opportunities of the region and to increase community pride by operating a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose performance facility in downtown Medford. Whether you love music, comedy, dance, theater or spectacles there art and entertainment waiting for you at the Craterian. We're also passionate about our youth education program, the Teen Musical Theater of Oregon (TMTO), which has touched the lives of thousands of young people in our community. This year-round performing arts facility depends on the funds raised during the annual Gingerbread Jubilee.

You're a Part of the Mission

Keeping ticket prices and rental rates affordable for our community is important to us. Typical of the nonprofit theater industry, only about 60% of the Craterian's revenue comes from ticket sales and rental fees. The remainder must come from benefactors who understand the overall cultural, educational and economic value of the arts. Our partners—individuals and businesses that contribute to the success of the theater by donating to the Gingerbread Jubilee —making an investment that benefits our whole community.
